Thanks! I actually wanted to move to/closer to the southern tier area - it’s beautiful down there, I guess you could say I kinda ended up opposite , but love it up here too. Gold Sebrights are super pretty, might have to take you up on it if we have everything ready for spring

Well, its been over a year since I came back the first time (have been active on the facebook group here & there with likes/comments/a couple recent posts) ... and I've reappeared with 90-something chickens (I converted the other half once the first 6 landed at home... He's now suggested every TSC, Runnings, and CountryMax in the Finger Lakes to visit, and planning to check out some auctions like I used to when I was in SC since they are starting up again too) Also have 6 quail, 6 guineas, and 2 turkeys. Got the great news our property is located in an unrestricted agricultural zone, so we are not limited to x amount of chickens (I was kinda worried when I saw other towns in this county were SUPER limited even though they're also very country!). Was reading my old posts, and would like to get back into incubating, and get a permit for egg sales as I would like to do a produce stand this year

Oh, AND in the middle of putting up horse fencing for an OTTB Thoroughbred my friend asked me to keep since she doesn't have time for him ... it's all coming together
