Yes, likely. Almost certainly if she is a Silkie, Cochin, or Game hen.
Nature has programmed hens to brood for an average of 4 to 5 weeks to ensure hatches.
Usually hens take a couple of days to decide whether or not to go broody. After a week generally they have really settled, so 10 days into the brood, if you set now, should be fine.
The only time I get quitters is with large fowl commercial lines. They do not have good genetics for brooding so often bail at about 2 weeks of time, or fiddle about half-way brooding, so there is risk if she is a commercial line and a first time gal (unproven).
