Been trying to figure out what this Bantam Rooster is

Can anyone tell me if this bantam rooster is a particular breed or just a mix? I've been searching the internet to see if I could match him to anything specific and I can't. Maybe a Buff Japanese?

The lady I got him from paired him with a hen as well. She is a great setter.

They are cross bred bantams.

If he has red earlobes, he is an OEGB. If he has white earlobes, a Dutch.
