Haha, I saw the "before and after title" and then the big cornish x.. . and then knew what the after was! The big one is a cornish x, it was an accidental inclusion in momoftwinsinwi's bunch if I remember right.

I should have jumped on the scale with it and I didn't but I had company over that night and everyone thought it was a turkey and we had to cut more of his legs off then normal because he wouldn't fit in the rotisserie!! My 6 yr old stepdaughter watched it all and didn't bother her a bit...I couldn't watch the bleeding out and beheading. But the way my hubby killed was very very humane.
