Sure go ahead! Not a problem with mine but be forewarned, once they eat tomatoes, their droppings would get some red tint or red streaks that could misunderstood for cocci!

Pretty much anything out of the garden will be safe for your chickens to eat.

My chickens love tomatoes! I chop mine up a bit and mix in bowl with cooked rice or scrambled eggs. Yum!
