Before I get too attached lol

Could anyone tell me if this looks to be a Roo? It is 3 wks old and came from a breeder that will trade out Rooster for hen but once I get attached I won't want to lol. I already have 2 (oops) Roos from TS don't need another.
Also any breed ideas?

Blue Australorp maybe. Three weeks is way too early to tell which gender it is, but comb development and the strong legs do hint at a cockerel.
