Almost done building our coop. Very happy with how well it's turning out! Should give plenty of roo for the chickens and turkey for a little bit. Have figured out our quail is a boy. No eggs after a week and he's been making some loud calls during the day. Looked at info on how to tell the sex and I guess one way is that male will call for females but the females don't really make any noise? Is that true? I think it's either an A & M or English white. I'll post a pick and hopefully you all can confirm what kind it is. Thanks again for all the tips on the turkey. Glad I know now about the danger of keeping toms with chickens.
