Nice to have you here! Many possible causes for fewer eggs..... are you sure your gals don’t have a hidden nest (or more) somewhere? Breed-production breeds lay really well for a couple of years, then they slow down. Climate/feed/water/stress/molting/illness/internal and external parasites.....all possible and combination of any are something to check. Fake eggs are sometimes helpful to encourage hens to lay in a certain area such as nest boxes but will not increase laying
