Welcome to Backyard Chickens birds naturally molt and cannot lay as that happens at three yes should have had other molts over that time

At 3 years of age they may well be reaching the end of their production. For sure it will decrease significantly.

Welcome Nice to have you here! Many possible causes for fewer eggs..... are you sure your gals don’t have a hidden nest (or more) somewhere? Breed-production breeds lay really well for a couple of years, then they slow down. Climate/feed/water/stress/molting/illness/internal and external parasites.....all possible and combination of any are something to check. Fake eggs are sometimes helpful to encourage hens to lay in a certain area such as nest boxes but will not increase laying
