Beginner Chicken tender

I am new to the chicken world. Definitely have lots of questions. I love to learn more about them.
I’m from Alberta, Canada.
I’m currently housing 15 chickens including 4 chicks.

My favorite by far is my Brahma’s! I love how so friendly and floofy they are!

Thank you!! They are both pretty adorable although I’m worried about the other one as they are both the same age yet the other one is 1/2 the size.

Hopefully she not have Failure to thrive issue.
