Both birds are Bantam Cochins. The red (pullet) is frizzled and the cockerel (black) is smooth. As others have said, those two will give you 50/50 frizzled/smooth chicks.

The new photo is clearer, and I can see the chicken is indeed a frizzle.
So crossing her to the rooster should give about half frizzled chicks, and about half chicks with normal feathers.

It also looks like she has a single comb, no crest, and no muff/beard. So chicks from that pair will also have single combs, no crest, and no muff/beard.
