Beginning flute player! Help!

For the love of everything good and kind I can't fiqure out how to make the f note! Where is equine hugger when ya need her? Anyways could someone help me? Like a video or finger chart?

That would be great!!! How long have you been playing the flute? I played flute, clarinet and saxophone in school. I loved all 3 instruments.
