Beginning stage of bumblefoot? Need help

My 2.5 month old hen has an injured foot. Her other foot is normal. She was fine yesterday and today she is limping, doesn’t want to stand up, and is sitting down protecting her feet. She ate and drank earlier today. Her foot is not hot to the touch (yet?). How do I fix this? I’m assuming make a small cut and push the infection out? Using a sterilized knife and gloves of course. Please help.

That doesn't look like bumblefoot.... More like an abscess maybe? Do you have any exotic/poultry vets bear you so they can get a better look and diagnosis? I would suggest trying to get a vet to look at it to say if you should just treat it like a regular abscess and drain it, treat it with antibiotics, and wrap her up and keep her clean... or take a different approach. If you can't get a vet, I think it's safe enough to say it's an abscess and to get rid of it immediately so it doesn't threaten her life in a way that she's not able to walk.

No, I don’t have any exotic or poultry vets near me. How would I treat an abscess foot? Make a Small cut and push on it?

This is her posture. She doesn’t want to get up and move, but she has moved around the coop since earlier.

Additional info - my hens free range but also have feed and water in the coop, and multiple waterers in our yard. I had a hen (over the summer) who’s eyes looked identical to this. She was coughing, sneezing, lethargic, had diarrhea, so I think she had MG? I did not cull my flock but she passed away. A different hen hatched 2 eggs from my own flock and I got 2 other chicks from orschelns after the first chick hatched so it would have some buddies (my two chicks hatched 1 week apart). I moved the container that these chicks (now almost 3 months old) into the coop 3 weeks ago. The older birds were not able to get to them, but could see them. On Saturday (2days ago) I put the 4 chicks into the coop with the rest of the birds. Yesterday, 3 of the chicks were exploring outside the coop and they all followed me about 75’ back into the coop. Today, this hen has a swollen foot, is limping, doesn’t want to stand, but she has ate and drank today, has moved around, but her posture is odd. Attached picture above. She is laying next to their heated waterer and she feels hot. Sweaty almost?

The picture I’m attaching isn’t mine, but that sick hens face and eye looked just like this birds’. She could see out of one eye but the other looked just like this birds.
