It took 3 guys to get it over my fence than me and my husband were able to get it on the run. We probably needed 4 people though, one for each corner. No inside pictures yet, I'll get some today we still need the roosts up.
We had to lower the run and coop from a 2nd story wood shop, that was frightening.
