Being aggressive or just wanting to be held?

So today I while I was letting my 7 week old pullets out to free range 2 of them kept trying to fly into my brothers hands. I couldn't figure out if they were just trying to get him to hold them or if it was more of an aggressive attack? They have never done that to me but they did in 3 times within 15 min to my brother. He also was standing still while we were talking if that makes a difference. If anyone has any thoughts on this I would appreciate it. Thanks!

If they are accustomed to being held or sitting in your lap, that may be what it is. It could also be trying to show dominance. Just keep them away from his eyes.
