Hello Everyone,
My Chicken's Spikey and Snowdrop are broody ( They have imagainairy egg's )
I let them out for 1 hour a day in the afternoon.
I have made them to go out more because they used to sit in the nest box laying on their fake egg's all day
They don't eat or drink unless I get them to stand up
They hate when I lift them up because they think I am going to harm their Imagainary egg's
but when I let them out they still laying on their imaganairy egg's in the grass
I don't know how to get them to stop being broody
Can anyone help me??

Thank's Georgina xx

The classic methos to break a broody is put them in a wire cage sucha s a dog cage with food and water but no nesting material. Set the crate on top of concrete blocks or the like, so there is good air flow underneath it. The cool air on their bottoms will usually cause them to stop setting and return to laying. It may take several days.

Thank you for your reply I will get them one
and I will try it on them but the thing is that they don't have any nesting material in their cage just grass and mud

You need to follow advice Flockwatcher gave you, that is how you break a broody from being broody. Sitting on eggs real or fake for too long can have disastrous consequences, her health is at stake. The longer you let her be broody, the longer it will take to break her of this.
