Our bantam orpingtons don't have all their feathers yet (nearly there though it seems...they are quite big and chunky now!), they are hitting week 7 on Sunday. But today we put them outside as it is a rare nice and warm day (despite it being VERY windy!). They seem to be enjoying the run and having lots of fun in there!
The weather is slowly getting crappier today unfortunately, and tonight is meant to hit around 10-11 degrees. Despite it being summer - ha - Wednesday will be 9 degrees, with plenty of rain during the week.
Even though it is getting chillier already, they still seem to be quite content and fine out there. So we are just wondering -- with these temperatures, and given that they have been inside (not overly hot inside -- maybe 15-18 depending on the time) up until today, is it too rushed to already leave them permanently out there, or should it be ok? What would be the best thing to do?
