Which of your D´Uccles do you exhibit? And varieties.

Australia has many more D´Uccle varieties than we have in the USA. I know a breeder near me who has many imported Australian varieties. That is how I have Silver Mille Fleur crosses.

So far I have exhibited Oreo and Tango. And so far, the judge was really impressed with Oreo's colouring, so she has done the best so far.

Oreo looks like one of my D´Uccles who has no mottle in her. She has Silver Mille Fleur, Mille Fleur, and Porcelain.

I remember asking the judge exactly what she was. He had a very precise answer...one colour I have never seen before. I think it had the word 'forest' in it. Strange. We do have many colours in Australia. Saw some lovely Silver Quail D'Anvers once on facebook. So many beauties! I am starting a breeding business for Belgian bantams in two years!
But back to Oreo. At first I was like, thinking Black Mottled. But then...the little spots of brown. Also, may you please post a picture of your similar hen? I had a theory that she could have been a Millefleur project but then again idk..
