Belgian Bearded D'uccles?

Okay, so I have noticed some of my Mille Fleur chicks are getting puffy cheeks. I'm trying to see if they're belgian bearded. I got a pictures of 6 chickens. 1-5 have the puffy cheeks and 6 (like the rest of my chicks) doesn't have any puff around the cheeks. Also for a bonus question...are the ones with red combs all roosters? (1,3 and 4)

They do look like Mille Fleur d’Uccles! And yes, 1, 3 and 4 are cockerels.

I didn't know if there was a difference in bearded vs non bearded! Lol some have them but the rest don't. And thank you!

They're all supposed to have muffs and beards, so maybe you just can't see them on the ones that look like they don't have any.

Ahhh okay lol well some of them are pretty skinny Faced with absolutely no fluff so that's why I was confused.
