Rooster or Hen? 10 week bantams

Good afternoon y’all! I have these 10 week old Belgian D’Uccle Mille Fleur chicks. I have NO IDEA if these chicks are roosters or hens. This is my first time ever having chicks. I’m unfortunately not allowed to have roosters, so I need to figure out what they are. If you know things about sexing bantams I would really love to hear some feedback. Thank you guys so much. They both look like boys to me. Their male feathers are coming in.

Though I don't have much experience sexing bantams, those both look like cockerels to me.

I don't have any experience with Belgian D’Uccle Mille Fleur chicks, but those combs are impressive for 10 weeks!
