Belgian d’Uccles over Easter Egger?

I was just wondering what happens if you cross a d’uccles roo over an Easter Egger hen. Would the offspring be bantams? Would they lay coloured eggs? Just curious; I’m new to chicken genetics.

Offspring would be mid sized. Depending on the genetic make up of the EE hen egg color might be green/blue/olive or even brown.

I have bantam/large breed cross chickens and they are a medium size, yet they hatched out of those tiny eggs. (My hen was the bantam in this case.) They all hatched a day earlier than the large breed eggs that were set the same day. Since for you, the rooster is the bantam, you’ll have to see.
Everything I have read here on BYC about egg color genetics is that the blue/green is dominant.

(My mix was Spitzhauben/Sebright but now I’m thinking of adding a couple EE’s to add the blue egg and beards to my next mix.)
