Belgium D'uccle Rooster Feathered Feet Limp

Bob is limping pretty significantly. Appears to have soft pads and no swelling. He does have redness/irritation on feather follicles on both feet. Limping on left foot only but both feet look very interested. Any suggestions on why they are so red and irritated would be great. Plus how to treat...thanks.
