All the white feathered turkey hen have beards. Beltsville, Midget and White Holland. The Hollands have the quickest growing beard of the 3. A rule of thumb is a tom turkey's beard grows about an inch a year, the Hollands grows 2 inches or more for some reason. I've tried to dig into that one but haven't found any specific reason why.
