Tara felt relieved that the male didn't mind that she had wandered into his territory "Me neither. The last time I saw a narwhal was before I was orphaned." Tara shrugged
 
"Really! Well I when I was born my mother had died soon after so technically when I took my first breath she took her last I was offered a home in Cetacea but seeing I was the only narwhal there I decided to just go off on my own it's not like anyone noticed I left any way." Tara felt sad remembering the memories of her mother only getting to see her for a short 5 minutes

Jewel lowered his long tusk. "I'm sorry." He said. "My parents were killed by the Selans." He said with anger in his voice.
