Benninger Hatchery's silkies

I am not sure that is what happened but I sold 4 chicks 8 months ago. When I purchased my chicks they were sold as silkies. Now the person who bought the 4 is accusing me of selling mixed chicks because the Roos have red combs. They are all brownish in color. Which their dad Roo was dark in shades of brown.
That's a photo of what looks like a purebred Silkie. Silkies can have pink skin and still be purebred. They just aren't seen as sop. The comb could also be red because he's a rooster

That is my roo that was with all my girls. These are my girls.

This is the bird in question. I do not see any issue. Everything I have read said the red could be normal for a roo. I have other roos from same parents that are black and have a burgundy comb. It is driving me crazy.

Cuckoo silkie roosters for sure have red combs, at least mine do. Both of these are from Bobbi Porto, exhibition breeder out of Florida, indigoegg.us.

And this one's from a different breeder.
