Bent/crooked toe?!?!?

I'll talk to both families & let them know. Let them make the decision if they want him or not, knowing it may be genetic.

I *think* I can rule out diet since he's the only one out of 21 (4 of the same age & breed) that has this

One of my BO girls has toes on both feet that look a lot like your pics. We have always called them wonky toes. She also has a shorter beak on the top. We call her our special ed chicken. She keeps up with every one else and lays eggs just fine. I think she just has trouble sitting on the roosts so she sleeps on the floor, then again so do the rest. Maybe they are all a little special ed?
