Hi Bertie and welcome to BYC - glad that you have joined us. There are many ways to water your chickens - ranging from a basin of water, to vertical and horizontal drinking nipples. Sumi has given you a great link that should help you out. I personally use vertical nipples, attached to small soda bottles, for chicks and then a range of different methods for adults (climate dependent).
