Best autodoor

I like the idea if an autodoor in case I get home late. I just ordered the OverEz large coop and they do sell an automatic door too but its 400 bucks! On Amazon, I see autodoors starting at about 100 dollars. Do you have recommendations for one? Do I need to pay more for a quality product with this?

Hi! Omlet brand is what I recommend for all coop related products! They have reasonable prices for automatic doors and more.

I looked at these, but could not find any evidence that it will not smash or decapitate a chicken roosting in the doorway. Does it have a safety retraction feature like the Omelet?

Have you ever needed to contact customer service? I’m still “on the fence” regarding whether to buy an Ador or omlet. I may have asked you about your experience with Ador before (cannot keep up with all the feedback I am getting ) - so sorry if this is a repeat question!
