Best breeds that are good with other chickens and kids?

Oh yes, they are beautiful! I just got 12 Welsummer pullets a couple weeks ago, and they are so sweet. Can’t wait till they start laying!

I’m trying to convince DH we can get one more…6 instead of 7 & add a Wellie!

Those are the ones I got w/ my lavender orps. My kids were pretty much holding them like a baby. so sweet!

We have a couple light Brahmas that are great with my 4 and 7 year olds. They tolerate being snuggled on occasion too.
