Chinese are more of a production breed, and have had -some- of their broodiness bred out. They are on par with Toulouse and Embdens - both of which will successfully hatch out their eggs, but may not do it until they get older.

All breeds of geese are still extremely broody. If you want something more broody than others, look for the heritage breeds: Pomeranians, Pilgrims, Buffs, Shetlands, etc.
