I mostly got it cause I saw a FB ad and they were so cute but he does also love the challenge of the slow feeders

The only fast eater we ever had was the Black and Tan coonhound. He was only fed once a day and lived for eating time. I keep reading about labs being power eaters. Do you feed once a day? I usually let dogs eat dry as they want to. Now I got a diabetic dog and have to monitor the dishes more to keep her from eating too much.

I leave the bowl down and he grazes throughout the day. It depends though cause some days he eats multiple times and others he only chooses to eat once but I leave it up to him. Thankfully he doesn’t over eat and is very fit so I can do that.
