Walked twice today

Brew DEMANDED a walk tonight LOL I tried to be a bad dog mom and just let him out in the yard tonight (I walked him this morning) but no, he DEMANDED a walk LOL it’s even worse too cause he was quiet at first until a long time had passed and he realized he wasn’t getting one and then he started whining and talking back/sassing me LOL so I caved pretty fast and walked him. And then we get back and he starts wanting to play fetch and tug with a toy inside which he hasn’t wanted to do in a while so I knew he needed to run LOL brought him outside and sure enough, he got crazy zoomies after seeing the neighbors and their dog outside and then played with two of his balls he has. Brought them both back and then was done and flopped in the grass with his feet behind him and panting a little bit. Not a lot but still. He was acting like he had just run a marathon. then he moved closer to me and flopped down again. Then rolled in the grass LOL basically, he just had a grand time outside!!!!!!! We stayed out a little bit longer while I talked to my dad and then came inside. So yeah. From now on, I will just stick to our usual two walk schedule LOL

I’m gonna change Brews schedule up and stick to it this time and see if he notices or demands it if I skip something.

Dogs like a schedule. Curious how it will go.

My friend visits me every couple of weeks. We tend to sit at the kitchen table for an hour or so before going in the living room to play a video game. 2 visits ago we stayed in the kitchen an hour longer talking. One of my older dogs started to stare at my friend from the living room. She would do a submissive grin, come up to her, jump up on her, than run back to the living room. Did it a few times until it occurred to me she was trying to get us to move to the living room. We did and Tilly promptly got on the couch and started her power nap. Dogs are so funny.

There was a lost doggo hiding in the bushes at Club. Animal control was here… but the owner picked her up.
