Best bugs for chickens

Its winter time and not as many bugs about for my chickens to eat. I am wanting to start farming some bugs, not to feed all the time but just to scatter a few around for them to find. So what would be the best type of bugs or worms to give as small treats to them?

Yes, Yesterday i bought quiet a few mealworms and super worms. I thought i had just gotten mealworms but i accidentally bought super worms as well. I will try to breed the super worms although I've heard that they are tricky to breed. The mealworms however i believe should be fine, i will be using the 3 drawer method.
