What is ultimately the healthiest feed/treats to feed a small flock?

My chickens have layer pellets available to them 24/7. They also free range all day, every day.
For treats I give them fruits, vegetables, yogurt, eggs, and small amounts of bread and rice. Also, a handful of cat food maybe once a week.
