Best Cold Hardy, Snowing, Below Freezing, Laying Breeds?

Really think you read way to much into her question..honestly it was pretty straight forward in the first sentence. lol
 
Sexlinks,black and red do very well.My Cochin chicks go out in 35 degree weather and take on like nothing.

But New Hampshire Reds do very well too.
