The bread trick works great. I let one out in the run throw out the cube let her eat it and let her out of the run to free range and just keep going an egg carton works to keep it all separated.

well I never heard of putting it in water. that sounds like it would be a waste or possibly overdose them.

I use ivermectin paste horse dewormer and give only a pea sized piece to each chicken 1 time. and have never had to treat them 2 times.

Question....if you are using ivermectin, do you have to chuck the eggs for a period of time afterwards? I'm thinking not since ivermectin is safe for humans....
