This year the grasshoppers have been insane and I need to fix it so they don't destroy my garden. What's the best breed to do this, is it Muscovy runner or what. Maybe gunnies.

Is that breed rare and really expensive or I'm I thinking of something else?I just hatched my first Dutch Hookbill so I have been doing alot of research on them. They are considered one of the very best. But, research also says the others you named are very good too.
Rare, yes, but there are breeders around the country. You just can’t get them from Tractor Supply. Price depends where and how big or old they are when you get them. I have found a very kind lady who raises them just outside of St.Louis. Her hatching eggs were $30 a dozen if I remember correctly. I currently only have one that hatched this morning so I will report back in a few months. Is that breed rare and really expensive or I'm I thinking of something else?
Those are Indian Runners.
