Best egg laying bantams?

My bantam Australorp lays a 40grm egg every second day. The Wyandottes lay eggs weighing between 36 and 38grams. They lay for 3 or 4 days and then have 1 day off. I really enjoy my bantamised hens, just like the real thing, only smaller.

This is all very interesting! I found out though, most orders of bantams come straight run only. I really want to be sure I'm getting hens, so I have a deal pending with a lady recieving some Welsummer chicks next week. They look beautiful and on the smallish size! Pretty good layers too, as I've been investigating this greatly.

my japanese/sultan bantams lay about every other day.

White rock bantams lay very well. and those naked necks I think someone sneaks in and puts eggs in their boxes they don't stop for nothing.

So far my bantam cochin is the worst of the bunch when it comes to laying they lay really well for a while then they take a few weeks off...they start laying again then take a few weeks off LOL. Maybe when they get a little older they will lay regularly I HOPE. My D'uccles laid like crazy and my Serama hen lays a lot too
