My (Best Ever Quail Feeder) is made out of high grade PVC. The one listed is 23.5 inches long and 3 inches in Diameter. I also build 14 inch feeders with the 3 inch diameter also button Quail feeders and a feeder for chicks. These can be ordered by e-mailing me. If you are tired of your birds wasting your feed these feeders will work for you. These feeders can be used for feeding Quail, Pheasant's, Chukar and chickens. Jim, your feeders at everything you say and more!. Not one crumble of quail food wasted and I know that all three of my feeders have long since paid for themselves.
