Best example of written ordinance I've come across so far...

For anyone looking to draft their own this is the most properly detailed written ordinance I've come across. I was researching them nation wide and this one you could almost copy & paste it all and make it widely acceptable I would think in residential, suburban, and even possibly urban areas anywhere. This is not my town, just one I came across.. (Obviously a more rural area would have much less or looser restrictions if any).
