No, hens don't lay year round. Hen stop laying when in molt and don't lay as often in the winter so there calcium needs are less at these times.Very cool. Would you use layer feed if you only had hens?
So is 24% too high of a protein? I just bought 6 bags of turkey finisher. It was right around the same price as grower - but the grower was only 15% - which seemed far too low for my young chicks and growing turkeys. I want everyone to be on the same food.It's similar yes.
