Best Food for Full Grown Quail

Wondering what everyone else feeds their fully grown quail???
The first supplier that I bought quail from suggested this 'Chick Starter'.

I got my second lot of quail from a different lady who knew heaps about quail. She recommended that instead I use this brand of game bird food.

The quail liked the first food better, but I think the second one is healthier?
Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

The chick grower is low on protein and doesn't say what the lysine and methionine content are.

I don't see the nutrition information on the second.
