Best Food for Roosters

Started a small rooster colony and now I can feed them what is best for them. They are all potentially breeders. I feed my flock Purina Flock Raiser. Is that best for Roos too? Thanks.

IMO, yes. It has protein and low calcium levels. Perfect! It’s what I feed my whole flock, my layers just have oyster shell on the side.

I don't know if it's "best" per se. It is certainly not sub par. An all flock or starter/grower are really the only options I know of.
