Best Free Range Predator Alert breeds?

What have yall experienced to be great free range birds that are predator alert and can survive on a free range diet and raise chicks and can almost go feral?
And can take midwestern (kansas) heat and cold.
Any of yall have experience free ranging these breeds or any other great ones?:
Egyptian Fayoumi
Kraienkoppe
Cubalaya
Cubalaya Bantams
Fayoumi
Samatra
Lakenvelder
Leghorn
Any thougts?
I have a nice mix of game hens that seem to survive well free ranging, the guy that gave them to me said they are Kelso, Sweater, Roundhead mixes. I ordered some Brown Leghorns and plan to cross for better laying. These definitely arent pets, I just throw some scratch feed out and keep an eye out for predators as best I can. They roost in cedar trees near the barn and feed around where the cows are fed. I also have some other chickens and roosters here that were given to me, I have no idea what they are, but if I am working on a place to keep them up because they can't fly well enough to survive.
