Best Glue for Styrofoam repairs. I broke my incubator.

Good ol' caulking-silicone. Any glue without solvent.
that's where I have been leaning because what ever I use it needs to be waterproof as well as not going to dissolve the Styrofoam. Right now I am trying to find a scrap example of the same quality Styrofoam and do a few tests before I try anything.

Important: Silicone, not Acrylic! The Acrylic stuff dissolves Styrofoam slowly. And best is the Silicone that smells like Ammonia, not the stuff that smells like vinegar. The vinegar stuff does not dissolve the styrofoam, but it doesn't stick as well as the other stuff. I used plain old gray silicone caulking to glue styrofoam boards to the iron sheets that make the ceiling of my cold pantry and it sticks like welded.

Just a small piece that I was holding as I tried to submerge it to wash it. It could still run with that piece missing but repairing it would help keep temps and Humidity more stable,
