When I started raising chickens I did a search for all the breeds I liked and hatcheries that sold them so I could find the ones closest to me.I'm not aware of any hatcheries that sell them since I only raise egg layers(you can find posts here about those breeds you mentioned by clicking 'search' in the upper right hand corner on this page)

I dont know much about the breeds, but I have had luck with Cackle Harchery, based in Lebanon Mo. They will ship, but it is a bit away from you.
They have the 2 breeds you mentioned.

They have eggs: https://www.cacklehatchery.com/product-category/eggs-and-adult-fowl/hatching-eggs/

I've had good luck with Cackle, but small sample size. One shipment of ~20 chicks. They included a few extras. I lost one after about a day, but the rest have been in good health. They're just short of a year old now.
We used to buy from them every year when I was younger, 30+ at a time for roos. We would have few deaths and their extras almost always covered it. Idk as far as breed confirmation type stuff, I dont really do showing. I did get dorkings from them last year (the first year they sold them I believe) and they match the breed descriptions very well, and the only deaths were unrelated to the hatchery. (Poison, opposum)

I'm also in the DFW area. Had good experiences so far with both Meyer (Ohio) and Cackle (Missouri).
Meyer provided a couple extras, but you have to specify that you want them - Meal Maker and Flock Guardian, or whatever they call him.
Cackle provided 4 extra on an order of 5 bantam cochins....I am SUPER excited about that.

There are a couple places in Burleson, TX (just south of Fort Worth) that hatch out and sell chicks for local pickup. But only certain varieties (Salmon Faverolle, Silkies, maybe a couple other breeds). Both are known for having show-quality birds (Dunham Farms, and Halbert Farms).
There are other places in the DFW (google search), but I have no experience with them.

Cackle had always supplied at least 3 extra on every order when I order, and im usually ordering small.
