I've been looking at these on Amazon - I'd like to try and stay under $100. Anyone had experience with one of these? Are there others I should consider? I really dont need to hatch more than a dozen at a time (at this point), so smaller models would be fine.

Circulated Air Egg Incubator with Fan, 17" White by Miller $84.95

or

GQF Hova-Bator Turbofan Egg Incubator: Increased Hatch Rate w/ Turbofan! $92.79

or

Hova-Bator Circulated Air Incubator by GQF $119.99

or

Incubator Electro-mechanical Thermoregulator 50-70 Eggs $86.99

or

Thermal-Flow Hova-Bator Air Egg Incubator w/ Universal Automatic Egg Turner $113.49

I actually got my incubator from TSC. It was 39.99 which was on sale at the time. It is a still-Air but it works great for another $40 you can purchase an egg turner.

The first thing that popped into my head when I saw your subject line...

"Broody hen"

LOL

Other than that, what rebel said.

You might also want to look at the brinsea eco 20's. they can be had for about 100 bucks and are good reliable bators Check the brinsea site for the best price, I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else and am sure that you'd be happy with the results for a bator in this price range.

Ha ha! I have 3 broody hens with no eggs under them. You're welcome to "borrow" them!!! LOL!

Good luck with your decision!
