Best incubator

I'm looking to start breeding and hatching projects and I don't have an incubator. What has worked for you? Are cheap ones any good? One you don't have to babysit?

What are u hatching? Chick's, ducks, turks?

I hatch button quail in this incubator because they don't fit in egg turners..they are 2 small

At first I wasn't a fan of Styrofoam incubators..but this is what I use with an egg turner...
