Best interest for duck?

Hello everyone! So I have 9 ducks, 2 chickens and a rooster. The hens are separated from the ducks since they are on special diets, meat hens I’m trying to breed so I don’t let them free feed all day. My rooster jumps the fence to my ducks, the ducks are scared of him so we are replacing him with a bigger friendlier rooster here this week hopefully the new one will stay with the chickens.

My main question pertains to a single duck who had what I believe was botulism. She lost all movement in her neck, then her wings and legs and her eyes got foamy. I have fully rehabilitated her and the only thing she has left is the foamy eyes. She has been on my porch and in my front lawn area for almost 2 months. My fiancé wants to keep her up here in fear of the other ducks bullying her but also the fact that we are all attached to her. Would it be in her best interest to reintroduce her to her flock or keep her up here with us? And if we do keep her up here then should I consider getting her another friend. I just feel so guilty for not letting her be with everyone and be a duck.

bonus question: I have only one male duck (so far everyone is still in molt but he is the biggest and everyone else’s Hind end and tail is more straight in the air where his is almost more flat on the hind end and then does a turn into the air) in my flock, he is humongous. Last week he was limping, I though bacterial infection at first. However there is no scabs cuts or bruises under his feet, or on his leg, his whole leg is swollen but not hot to the touch. I didn’t feel any breaks for fractures in the leg. thinking it may be his hip, I was considering a cool bath or soak may help but I’ve also heard of people doing salt baths for the leg as well. Any input would be so very much appreciated!

as long as the duck is healthy, i would slowly reintroduce her to the flock. if she’s gone for too long they’ll bully her even more. also probably best to have her back into the flock before he starts mating (he will be more aggressive with a duck not in the pecking order)

2 months is long enough for her to have adapted to her new living arrangements so I think if she looks to be happy up with you guys you can keep her with you. But I also think it's best to get her a friend to hang out with for the times you are not around.
If you were to put her back with the flock I'd do it outside of breeding time and I'd keep a close eye on her that she doesn't get bullied as they'd probably consider her to be 'new' after such a long period of bring away. As well as she had an illness, that they may notice

Thank you, I have been bringing her next to the fence line to meet and greet and they are always super excited to see her and trying to groom her

when is breeding time for the ducks? I’ve been sitting outside and thinking I actually have 2 males. I know our chickens do well if we just throw them in at night, I know how to introduce exotic parrots but not ducks 😬
