Actually, they can be many colors. I have seen them in black tailed buff, black tailed white, white, black, buff, barred, brown red, and many others. But, I think the roo above is a crele old English game bantam. He has a dubbed comb, the short legs but taller than Japanese's, and the high arching tail.

Looks like oegb because of the comb, japanese have single combs
