What do you all use for your nest box?

Pine shavings

I use hay or straw.

I mix shavings and hay.

I like to use a flake of straw...shove it in there, wiggle it around into the sides and corners, push down any 'sticking uppers' and nestle a divot in the center.
Lasts a good long time.....couple months unless we get a broken egg.
